Another easy solution that we can recommend is to wait for a few minutes after the previous user has dispensed water. Not only will this prevent exceeding demands from the water cooler, but this will also help keep the water reservoir remain filled with cold water.
Thermostat Set High
In case you notice that your thermostat is set at a high temperature, then the easiest way is to set it down to your preferred water temperature.
It Needs a Reset
If none of the previous solutions seem to work, then you could try resetting your water cooler.
To do so, simply drain all the water from your cooler’s reservoir. This will depend on what unit you’re using, so we recommend checking its instruction manual for more detailed instructions on how to drain your cooler’s water reservoir.
After draining the reservoir, turn the cooler off and disconnect it from your power source. Leave it unplugged for an entire day before plugging it back in.
After a day, you can now plug the cooler to its respective power source and switch it back on. Wait for a few hours to allow the water to be chilled – around 5 hours would do. After the lapse of this time, you can now enjoy your cold water.

Bear in mind that Freon is a chemical – and while it is considered as non-toxic, you need to be a certified professional before you can work on the refills.
